Carole has been a potter for 30 years and was joined by her husband, John, ten years ago. Neither of them studied ceramics in school but learned the craft by private instruction and attending numerous workshops. They have gone through many different glazes over the years since we started carrying her work. The current glazes are very organic and the combinations quite striking. We mainly stock serving pieces, bowls, mugs and wine cups which are either thrown or slabwork fired at 2,250 F degrees in electric kilns.
